Enrollment in the panel is
voluntary and free of charge. ClickIQ and the sponsors of this panel reserve
the right to refuse and not accept the enrollment of an individual at their
sole discretion.

Participation
|

|
| |
Participation as a panelist is free and currently only available to individuals
that reside in the United States or Canada. Participants are
required to provide a ZIP code or a postal code to confirm their residency. ClickIQ
reserves the right to refuse any registration, participation or incentive
fulfillment from any other locales.
A panel participant may have only one active account at any time. ClickIQ
reserves the right to deactivate panelist accounts of any individual found
to have more than one active account in ClickIQ's panel management system.
If it is found that a single individual participant has multiple active
panelist accounts within the panel, ClickIQ reserves the right to close
(deactivate) each account, resulting in the forfeiture of all incentive or
other reward earnings deposited to the account.

Account Inactivity |

|
| |
ClickIQ and the sponsors of this panel reserve the right to deactivate a panelist account
if there is no activity for a period of 6 months. Inactivity is defined as no updates to
panelist profiles when requested or no response to invitations to participate in events.
If a panelist's account is inactive for a period of 18 months, all unredeemed incentives
or other accrued reward earnings are immediately forfeited.

Data Integrity Policy |

ClickIQ reserves the right to deactivate a panelist account if it is
determined, at ClickIQ's sole discretion, that the panelist is providing
invalid, false or purposely misleading data or information. Examples
include giving survey responses that are inconsistent with previously
given responses, or giving survey responses that are statistically
improbable. If a panelist's account is deactivated, all unredeemed
points and other unredeemed incentives are immediately forfeited.

Payment |

ClickIQ and the sponsors of this
panel reserve the right to provide alternative payment redemption options
than those listed at enrollment or on the panelist website that are of
equal or greater value.
ClickIQ and the sponsors of this panel are not liable for any tax liability
created by the panelist's participation in the panel. Any
and all tax liabilities created by the participation in this program are
solely the responsibility of the individual panelist.

ClickIQ will only disclose personal information when required by law.
ClickIQ makes no promises, representations or warranties to panelists
concerning their participation except as expressly stated by ClickIQ to
panelists.
Any dispute between ClickIQ and a panelist shall be subject to binding
arbitration in Minneapolis, Minnesota and governed by Minnesota law. These
terms and conditions are in addition to any other terms and conditions
contained in the Privacy Policy, FAQ's, in other areas of the website, and
in other communications from ClickIQ to panelists. ClickIQ reserves the
right to change these terms and conditions at any time without advance
notice.
